Are you still accepting orders?
Yes we are still accepting and processing orders however details are expected on all orders in terms of both processing and transit time as we maintain safe working conditions.

How quickly will my order be dispatched
We recommend adding an extra 5-7 days processing time to all estimated dispatch dates however many of our One Day Dispatch items will remain on our One Day Dispatch service.

How quickly will my order be delivered?
We recommend adding an extra 3 working days onto your delivery estimate (post dispatch) noting that couriers are extremely busy at present and delays are unavoidable. If your order has been sent via Postal Service we recommend communicating directly with your local sorting office regarding your parcel delivery/collection as local restrictions may prevent timely delivery.

Can I change/cancel my Order?
Unfortunately we cannot accept any changes to orders once placed (this includes Products and/or Address changes). During this time we are also unable to accept cancellation of orders placed. Instead we suggest you return any unwanted items.

Will you answer my email inquiry?
Yes we will continue to answer all email inquires however the current response time is approximately 48 hours (excluding weekends) and we ask for your patience during this time. Please refrain from opening multiple tickets and/or calling as this only delays the response time further. 

I can't get through on the phone!
At this time we are no longer accepting phone calls in a bid to improve the ticket response rate with the limited customer service agents assigned to each shift. 

What CONV-19 workplace measures are you taking?
All personnel are working in private/separate work spaces and provided with Globes, Face Masks, Soap, Hand Sanitiser and antibacterial wipes. We also have strict cleaning measures internally including a resting period of all consignments both inbound and outbound.
