Customers Not Receiving Replies PLEASE READ

We have noticed an influx of customers reporting not receiving replies from our CS team. This seems to only be common with customers using a Gmail account as they are defaulting our emails to spam. Please ensure you have checked your SPAM folder before opening multiple tickets, as all emails / tickets are responded too within 2 working days. Our IT team are currently working on why this is now happening and hope to have it resolved soon.
