If you're not completely satisfied with an item and it is unused, unfitted and in it's original (undamaged/unsoiled) packaging you can return it to us within 30 days of order receipt for a refund or exchange subject to compliance with the terms & conditions of sale and return. Our return system is self-service and you access your order information via your account on our website. All customer accounts are password-less, so you only need your order email address to access your account. Our system will send you an OTP verification code for secure access. Once you have requested your return, please allow up to 3 working days for return approval. If approved, we will send you return details otherwise we will provide further detail as to the reason for rejection (in very rare circumstances).Please note, all returns are at customers cost and it is crucial you carefully follow all terms and conditions including:
- All returns must be by way of courier, unfortunately we do not accept in-store return.
- Upon return of an item, you automatically consent to our terms & conditions
- Please allow up to 7 days from date of return receipt for your order to be refunded
- Please ensure you carefully package the return as per detail below.
Terms & Conditions
- Products should be returned in unsoiled / clean packaging with all internal packaging and parts present.
- In majority of cases we will reserve our right to replace a faulty item opposed to refunding. Should you prefer a refund this will be treated as a standard return.
- For items confirmed as faulty we will arrange a paid collection in most circumstances.
- We cannot accept returns on items classified as made to order, special order, sale or bespoke. Applicable items will be clearly labelled on their individual product pages.
- All returns must be received back at our depot within 30 days from the date you receive the order to be eligible for a refund.
- All returns must be inline with our 'Essential Repackaging Guidance' otherwise this will affect your refund.
Essential Repackaging Guidance
- Please ensure all items are in clean original packaging - failure to do so will affect your refund
- Please ensure all items are returned as received, i.e.: good condition - failure to do so will affect your refund
- Please do not use excessive amounts of sticky tapes to reseal product packaging - failure to do so will affect your refund
- Please pack all items into a cardboard outer box/boxes to protect product & product packaging - failure to do so will affect your refund
