URGENT CUSTOMER UPDATE

We are in the process of moving ideas4lighting onto a completely new eCommerce platform. We do expect some teething issues to occur with this and our full team are working hard to limit any issues that may present themselves. We do thank you for your continued support and look forward to bringing all our customers a better shopping experience!

What does this mean for you?

  • Any orders placed prior to the 25th April may no longer receive system updates regarding your order (ie: Order Dispatch Confirmation etc). Your orders are being imported over to our new platform and until fully transitioned across each order will be manually resolved by our team. For any issues regarding your order (such as delays) one of our customer service agents will be in touch directly to advise.
     
  • For orders returned prior to the 25th April. please do allow some additional time for your return to be processed as again until the order has fully moved to the new platform, all transactions will all be actioned manually. Please also ensure you have followed the returns process fully and included your return slip inside the parcel so the team can identify your order.
     
  • For orders of 1 Year + that you wish to open a warranty claim for, please ensure to supply a copy of your original order confirmation to the customer service agent as we wont have access to orders prior to a year ago.

Status: Green - Steady volume of Tickets and Calls

Dispatch Dept Update

Status: Amber - Shorts Delays due to global factors 

Product Lead times: We are experiencing some delays with EU Brands due to a variety of global factors have resulted in unexpected lead time delays. Whilst we try to maintain accurate delivery estimates these are sometimes subject to unexpected change. We do ask to allow a minimum of 7 days additional lead time onto orders.
