Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year!

A massive thank you to all of our customers that have supported our small family run business over another fantastic year!

As the holidays are quickly approaching we must alert all customers that orders placed up until the 11th December have a high chance of being received before Christmas. Unfortunately orders placed past this date unless marked as 24hour Dispatch will not be with you until after the holiday period.

Christmas Delays

Please also allow 2-3 working days on to all lead times including on customer service queries as staff are dealing with a massive influx of tickets and emails. Please also try to refrain from sending multiple emails or tickets as this just slows down the response time even further for customers. As mentioned above all orders placed past the 11th December will unfortunately not be with you before Christmas.

Once your order has shipped please do allow extra time on top of standard delivery time frames as with Royal Mail striking causing delays in their services and now DPD are also reporting large delays due to higher amounts of parcels being received. All couriers are at their busiest time of year and will be working hard to get your parcel to you ASAP.

Christmas Business Operating Times

Our offices will also be closing from Friday 23rd December and business wont be fully resumed until the Monday 2nd January. Please do keep this in mind as there will be no staff in operation during this time to dispatch orders or respond to any email or ticket queries.

Current First Response Time: Generally 2-3 Working Days

Consecutive Response Time: Generally 1-2 Working Days

Status: Red - High volume of Tickets and Calls

Dispatch Dept Update

Status: Amber - Shorts Delays due to global factors 

Product Lead times: We are experiencing some delays with EU Brands due to a variety of global factors have resulted in unexpected lead time delays. Whilst we try to maintain accurate delivery estimates these are sometimes subject to unexpected change. We do ask to allow a minimum of 7 days additional lead time onto orders.

STRIKE / DELIVERY DELAY UPDATE FROM ROYAL MAIL - CWU members are taking national strike action on 9, 11, 14 and 15 December 2022. We’re sorry for the disruption this is likely to cause you. We are doing what we can to keep services running. More information here.
