Customers can live track the status of their order(s) by logging into their account and navigating to the 'My Orders' section. Within this section you'll get a full overview of past and present orders and a status update for each which will likely be one of the following:
- Payment Received - Your order has been received by our system and payment confirmed
- Processing Order - Your order has been received by our team and the relevant internal processes carried out.
- Order Being Picked - Your order is in the process of being picked from our dispatch depot
- Awaiting Dispatch - Your order is in the pack bay and being packed
- Order Dispatched - Your order has been passed to our courier for delivery to you
It's common to see your order under the 'Processing Order' status for some time before it's dispatched, there is nothing to worry about as a member of staff has taken manual steps to progress your order accordingly.
We ask that customers please offer some leniency when checking their order status in relation to the estimated dispatch and delivery dates however if you would like to get an update please submit a new ticket on our helpdesk.
